Loaded Twice Baked Potatoes
This meal was just “ok” in our book. Pioneer Woman’s Twice Baked Potatoes were much better, so I’ll probably stick to that recipe in the future. I would, however, add in ground beef or maybe even shredded chicken since that made it an (almost) one-dish meal.
Also, I did try brocolli for the first time ever with this meal. But, I couldn’t really taste it, so I can’t say if I like it or not. I guess easing in to actually tasting it is the way to go.
So in short, this meal was a good idea, but was a little lacking. I’ll try this concept again and make some changes.
