Meal Planning: 1/10-1/15

We’re trying to eat healthier this week by reducing our pasta and red meat and increasing our fish and veggie intake.

  1. French Onion Soup (we actually ate this Sunday night, review post to come!)
  2. Turkey Burgers
  3. Salmon (following this cooking method, using some other veggies though)
  4. Spaghetti & Meatballs
  5. Salad with spicy ranch (a mix of our favorite homemade hot sauce and ranch. We’ll probably grill up some chicken to go on this, too)

Speaking of food, Ree at Pioneer Woman posted a potatoes au gratin recipe that has me drooling. I might have to work that in somewhere, although all that milk and cream is not very figure friendly…
