These are basically soupy-chicken nachos. My favorite part is how the tortilla chips get all soft and mushy. I’m strange, I know. But this recipe is breaking into my rotation. Quite possibly because this is so ridiculously easy to fix, especially if you already have some shredded chicken on hand.
